STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAMS

  • Take the guesswork out of your workouts! Choose from 3, 4, or 5x/week options that can easily be done at home with minimal equipment or at the gym. There is even a program that involves 20 minute at home workouts!

  • These are strength based programs, although some do have optional cardio & HIIT sprinkled in. Video descriptions of each movement are provided and you’ll have direct access to Jenna via the Trainerize app to address any questions/concerns that you may have.

Weight Lifting 101 Session

Book this 60 minute session if you would like to learn proper weightlifting techniques and review body mechanics. You can choose which movements you'd like to get more comfortable with, as well as your preference for barbell, dumbbells, or kettlebells. We are not personal trainers but physical therapists are known as the “movement experts” so we have plenty of exercises to rely on in case you need any modifications due to pain, limited equipment etc. 

 

Please wear comfortable clothing and appropriate shoes so you can perform the exercises with ease. Your therapist will reach out to you after you schedule your appointment in order to get more information regarding what type of movements you'd like to review and get more comfortable with.
